Scattered Night Pasta

For two people who enjoy working out and crossfitting, we are not one to select pasta as a dinner of choice. Yet, when Justin suggested we make a pasta, my immediate reaction was "YES! With basil and goat cheese please!" After a funky day, lots of studying, the fall out of calling in sick...the two of us needed a delightful and comforting meal. Pasta it is!

Recipe
  1. Bag of penne pasta
  2. container of cherry tomatoes
  3. bushel of basil
  4. container of goat cheese
  5. too much butter, olive oil, salt and pepper
  6. Shredded rotisserie chicken (pre-cooked)
  7. Two cloves of garlic
Basically, cook pasta in a pot until al dente. Sauté tomatoes, basil, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a pan. Then throw pasta and container of goat cheese into sauce pan, add chicken last minute and vuala! Delicious pasta dish is served.

*Footnote: should only be enjoyed after a massive WOD (Justin's bruises can contest) or prior to a 5 am WOD (which Megan has sworn to attend the day following).
