Recipe
- Bag of penne pasta
- container of cherry tomatoes
- bushel of basil
- container of goat cheese
- too much butter, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Shredded rotisserie chicken (pre-cooked)
- Two cloves of garlic
Basically, cook pasta in a pot until al dente. Sauté tomatoes, basil, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a pan. Then throw pasta and container of goat cheese into sauce pan, add chicken last minute and vuala! Delicious pasta dish is served.
*Footnote: should only be enjoyed after a massive WOD (Justin's bruises can contest) or prior to a 5 am WOD (which Megan has sworn to attend the day following).
